​Jason Sto. Domingo, illustrator and graphic designer,  was born on December 3, 1989 in Pangasinan.

A member of Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan (Ang InK), he was awarded an Honorable Mention for the Philippine Board on Books for Young People (PBBY) Alcala Prize in 2014 for his illustrations of Gaano Kalayo Patungong Paaralan? by Genaro Gojo Cruz.

He was the illustrator of the Augie Rivera-authored Mantsa, a children’s book project of Plan International and the European Union to combat verbal abuse and corporal punishment. Jason also created the illustrations for the board book version of Ibong Adarna, released in celebration of Adarna House’s thirty-fifth anniversary.

The young illustrator passed away on Febuary 6, 2016. His family, friends, and the children’s literature community will always cherish the memory of his easy smile, refreshing humility, and undeniable talent.​
