Adarna House Digital’s app BuriBooks was honored with the Second Prize for Digital Educational Materials during the 5th Digital Ehon Awards in Japan. Entries of almost 300 were submitted from 32 different countries. Only 6 of these entries were given awards in the educational materials category.
The awarding ceremony took place on May 27th (Sat) at the University of Tokyo. Margret Malang from the Cultural Section of the Philippine Embassy in Japan received the award on our behalf.
The prize for Digital Educational Materials is a newly established prize with the goal of developing and spreading the best digital teaching materials. Selecting the best learning tools for children are the judges, teachers and experts working in the front lines in Japan.
