2016 RAP National Convention (Apr28-30)

The Reading Association of the Philippines would like to invite you to attend the 2016 RAP National Convention this coming April 28- 30, 2016 at Far Eastern University, Manila. This year’s national convention is on the theme: Transforming Lives Through Language and Literacy.

All plenary and parallel sessions featured in this convention shall focus on the following themes:

1. Mother Tongue-Based Literacy
2. Reading Intervention
3. New Literacies
4. Media and Information Literacy
5. Literacy Advocacy
6. Teacher Training

Plenary speakers include well-known literacy experts in the country and abroad.

The registration fee is as follows:

• RAP Members, Dep Ed Teachers, Early Registrants (before April 28): PhP 4,000
• Non- RAP Members/ Walk-in Registrants: PhP 4,500
• Parallel speakers and undergraduate students: PhP 2,000
