Kicking off our releases for 2016 are two manuals dedicated to our most hard-working partners when it comes to raising well-read and creative children—parents and teachers.
Magkuwentuhan Tayo: A Storytelling Manual Based on Adarna Books
Written by Carleen N. Sacris and Madonna G. Catiis, illustrated by Pergylene M. Acuña
Dedicated to making every storytelling session interesting and enjoyable, this manual contains effective techniques in choosing, preparing, and telling an Adarna story.
Maglaro Tayo: Toys and Learning Materials Based on Adarna Books
Written by Ruth V. Martin, illustrated by Stephanie N. Lim
With instructions on how to make toys using plastic bottles, paper, and other found objects, this manual aids both teachers and parents in helping children explore their imagination. This book is a perfect introduction to being creative, collaborative, and resourceful.
The new books are PHP300 each. However, 100 copies of the two books are available at a launch price of PHP150 (50% OFF) for a week (until 5PM Philippine time on January 20, 2016) from our online store and our showroom.
